The University of Warwick Innovation Campus, Stratford-upon-Avon has evolved organically as a leading research and innovation centre over the last 75 years.

Stratford-on-Avon District Council, working in partnership with the University, has identified the Campus as an opportunity to deliver a nationally important research and innovation hub, as part of an ambitious growth strategy for the district.

In July 2023, the Council adopted a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) which approves the growth of the Campus in principle and establishes a clear framework for this growth.

In line with this SPD, the University is now developing an outline planning application which will deliver against Stratford-on-Avon’s ambition. To learn more about the proposals, you can download a series of exhibition boards below.
